Moderators who lead TopLeaF groups must be certified by the Adizes Institute. Adizes TopLeaF Moderators use self-training by reading Dr. Adizes' books and familiarizing themselves with the fundamentals of the Adizes methodology. Once ready, Moderators must pass 1 to 3 online exams before being certified.
